The apartment is complete with a living area, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom

If you travel by car, it is possible to park, for a fee, on the street (blue lines) or at the Garage Bologna, a 2-minute walk away

The internal space is organized as follows:

LIVING AREA: kitchen complete with four gas burners, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, toaster, various utensils and dining table with six chairs, two-seater sofa, smart TV and split AC.
Utility room with fridge and freezer, washing machine.
BEDROOM I: double bed (1.60x1.90mt), wardrobe, TV, two bedside tables with lamps and split AC.
BEDROOM II: single bed (0.80x1.90), desk, chest of drawers and split AC.
BATHROOM: sink, shower cubicle and a step to access the toilet and bidet, hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

The apartment is located within Nomentano district, a quiet residential area north-east of the city. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Bologna and the underground stop "Bologna", the best solution to visit all the main points of interest in the city by public transport.

The Policlinico Umberto I is 15 minutes away by public transport (line 61 / Metro stop "Policlinico") and Roma Termini Train Station is easily reachable with only three underground stops

- From Fiumicino airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation by taking the Leonardo Express or the shuttle bus service to Roma Termini station, where it is possible to take the underground to “Bologna” stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.

- From Roma Ciampino International Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by Terravision bus service to Roma Termini station, where it is possible to take the underground to “Bologna” stop, a 7-minute walk from the property

- From Rome Termini Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to "Bologna" stop, a 7-minute walk from the property.

- If you're travelling by car, there are several garages around the property (parking available for a fee).

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
