The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Rome Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th.


The apartment is located in the Piramide area, full of all services and well connected by public transport. Roma Ostiense Station is opposite the accomodation and the metro stop B "Piramide" is 750 meters from the accommodation.
The property thus becomes an excellent starting point for visiting the beauties of the Eternal City: within easy reach are the historic Testaccio district, known for the picturesque local market of Testaccio; the Circus Maximus and the Imperial Forums.

Alternatively, you can reach the apartment by car/taxi in 30 minutes.
